We had a great 4th of July. It involved me doing what I do these days. Sitting.
But, my beautiful family sure had a blast playing in the little pool and slip 'n slide. Later, we had family join us at my mom's, but I forgot to take any pictures of that. So here are a ton of pictures with my children celebrating their freedom.
And to my ST. Louis friends. I'm here till the 13th, so I hope I see you!

Is that the cemetery I see int he background? Slip and sliding nest tot he cemetery. Maybe I need to try that. But then again we used to go ice blocking near next to a cemetery. Good fun.
Yep Aaron, The cemetary is still next door to my parents. Nice quiet neighbors.
What beautiful children. I especially like the one of Paige before she got wet and her pose. Where are her legs? I couldn't figure that picture out, but she looks adorable.
So, Jen...tell me...why have I been demoted from a "Friend" to a "We Met In KC?" I'll chalk it up to the painkillers...k? Call me to get together. Later!
Very cute pictures. I'm sorry your ankle is broken so we couldn't see a picture of you on the slip-n-slide too. That would have been fun. By the way, I went to sonic for a banana shake the other day, and it was NOT 99 cents. It was $1.99, and during happy hour too! And Patrick got a Butterfinger one and it was $2.49. What the heck!?
It was a really good banana shake though. real banana. the only way to go.
You have super cute kids Jen! Looks like fun. Are you making any trips to Northern Cal anytime soon?
your girls matching swimsuits are so adorable. Looks like we have the same swimming pool from Aldi's. coolio
With all those matching swimsuits I would have to guess you have spent too much time with one of the grandmas--of course I had to write this anonymously because I might be related to one of them and I wouldn't want her to get mad at me. They ARE totally cute though.
Nope! I picked them all by myself. It's a Jen thing. It makes for finding them at a swimming pool much easier. Plus they are my favorite swimsuits. I would have bought myself one if they went up to my size. But no luck!
I love these photos. Such a beautiful family!
